General Rules

Access to and use of the www.estorilsintragolf.net web site (the 'Web Site') is provided by Junta de Turismo da Costa do Estoril to you (the 'User') subject to the following Terms and Conditions (the 'Terms and Conditions') as well as the laws of the Portuguese Republic.

This user licence is governed by the laws of Portugal irrespective of the User's jurisdiction. Any dispute that may arise in the interpretation of this agreement shall be resolved in the law courts of Portugal.

Estoril & Sintra Golf Coast - Junta de Turismo da Costa do Estoril reserves the right to terminate forthwith, or to refuse to permit, the use of the Web Site by any User, at any time and at Estoril & Sintra Golf Coast - Junta de Turismo da Costa do Estoril absolute discretion.
